Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase or service delivery. To be eligible, the product or service must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging or as originally delivered (for digital or service products).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order services and digital products are generally non-refundable unless defective or as mandated by applicable law.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving the request, we may require additional information or evidence to verify eligibility.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds or credits may be offered in case of partially used services or returned products that do not meet all refund criteria.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping or bank charges related to refund processing are typically non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or defective goods/services.

6. Cancellation Policy

For training programs or scheduled services, cancellation requests made at least 7 days prior to start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund less applicable administrative fees. No refunds for cancellations thereafter without exceptional consideration.
